We would like to inform you that we are constantly monitoring the development of the situation regarding COVID-19 in Canada. Our priority is to continue to offer our essential services to our customers while protecting them and our employees. We have already put in place the necessary measures.
Our veterinarians will continue to offer you the consultation service. They will be available as usual to provide you with on-farm service. However, we ask to avoid unnecessary visits and meetings and to contact them by phone when possible. In addition, we ask you, our customers, to notify us before a visit if any members of your family and/or farm staff have travelled recently or have symptoms related to COVID-19 (symptoms similar to cold symptoms).
Lonneke and Sonya will continue to be available to take your orders and the Purolator delivery service for products will keep the same timeframe as usual. We have planned replacement measures in the event of a halt in deliveries by our usual carriers. Pick-up of product orders at the office continues to be available. Please notify us before coming to the office, if any members of your family and/or farm staff have travelled recently or have symptoms related to COVID-19 (symptoms similar to cold symptoms).
All administrative and in-office services will continue. At-home work, for those staff who need it, has been made easier. All of our staff already comply with the rules of hygiene and isolation established by public health in the event of symptoms. In addition, all our events held in the near future are cancelled and all out-of-country team travel is also cancelled until further notice.
We will notify you of any changes as this exceptional situation evolves and make any necessary adjustments without delay.
